Discover quarantined messages 查詢隔離郵件¶

詢問網址	https://gateway.hksm.com.mo:8888/quarantine 或 https://210.5.164.50:8888/quarantine

• 此應用適用於公司所有電郵地址
• 用戶可以使用上面的鏈接到網關服務器收取隔離郵件摘要

• 在默認情況下，網關服務器會自動刪除已存留超過 31 天的隔離電子郵件

• This applies to our email domains
• Users can use the below link for quarantine digest sent by the gateway server

• Note: By default, the Gateway Server deletes quarantined email every 31 days

• Once the users has input their email address using the above link, gateway server will send quarantine digest to user mail box
• User needs to open the digest email and click the related link to manage their quarantined email messages

• 一旦用戶使用上述鏈接, 輸入自己的電郵地址，網關服務器會發送隔離郵件致用戶郵箱
• 用戶需開啟郵件, 並點擊信中鏈結, 來處理刪除或取回隔離郵件

• Accept the Certificate
• 接受證書

• Select the quarantine email
• Press the link for email retrieval or deletion

• 選取隔離郵件
• 按鏈接收回或刪除

• Add Email Address Safe List
• 新增安全電子郵件地址
